Our Coaches are trained to do the heavy-lifting for you, so you can see results quicker. They act as sounding boards, dot connectors, and problem solvers.
You can expect a deep level of empathy combined with a bias towards action based in science. Coaches come with relevant expertise (e.g., backgrounds in nursing, social work, nutrition, etc.). They are additionally trained in the Triplemoon curriculum developed by leading Experts across parenting, mental health, and nutrition.

Knowing what we "should do" is one thing. Applying it in the real world is the hard part. That's why we paired each of our members with a dedicated Coach - to marry the leading science to your family's needs and schedule.
Coaching sessions are highly action-oriented and focused on achieving your goals.
