How Do I Know My Order Went Through?

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from support@triplemoon.com. If you do not receive this email, please:

  • If it's not there - let us know you haven't received the mail (via the chat box, or email support@triplemoon.com). We can check your email address is correct in our system.

This email means that we have received your order in our system and charged your PayPal account or credit card for the purchase.

Please check the details in your confirmation email are correct, and let us know (via the chat box, or email support@triplemoon.com) if any details need changing immediately.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours, and we are unable to make changes once we have begun processing.

What If I Receive Incorrect or Damaged Items?

Damages sometimes occur in transit, and mistakes happen from time to time. We are human! Just contact us (via the chat box, or email support@triplemoon.com) and we'll help straighten things out.

We will always replace damaged items and correct our mistakes, with no additional cost or inconvenience to you.
