Meet our clinical specalists

  • Dunnewold has dedicated her career to guiding clients through the transition to parenthood and has held numerous industry leadership positions. She is a past president of Postpartum Support International (PSI) and received the PSI Jane Honikman Award for her role in launching foundational perinatal mental health training, now core to the PMH-C certification.

    Dunnewold has authored four books on parenting and has offered training for health professionals through multiple organizations; she is a licensed psychologist in Texas, where she also serves as adjunct faculty.

Ann Dunnewold

  • Megan, owner of her own wellness business, has completed over 12,000 hours of nutrition consulting, spoken on hundreds of stages, and reached thousands through her podcast.

    She holds degrees from Harvard University and Kellogg School of Management, with additional certifications in clinical and holistic nutrition, and is pursuing a Doctorate of Clinical Nutrition from the University of Western States. When not serving clients, Megan enjoys working out, cooking, reading, traveling, doing crossword puzzles, and cheering on the Dallas Mavericks in Dallas, where she lives with her husband and dogs.

Megan Lyons

  • Sarah is a Licensed Psychologist specializing in clinical health psychology, providing individual therapy to diverse age groups with an empathetic and collaborative approach. She has extensive experience in various settings, including primary care clinics, medical centers, outpatient mental health clinics, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals, treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

    Sarah earned her Primary Care Behavioral Health certification from the University of Massachusetts, a certificate in Maternal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International, and completed her doctoral training at Midwestern University, including an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler.

Sarah Hosseini

  • Kass combines her background in conventional medicine with her passion for functional medicine. She is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Health Science with a Biology Minor.

    Kass, a Missouri native, now resides in San Diego, CA, with her partner and cat, and enjoys walking barefoot outside, listening to health podcasts, attempting ceramics, and planning her next travel destination.

Kassady Backes

  • Emily is a Functional Nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. She is a licensed Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and trained by the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).

    Emily lives in San Antonio, Texas, with her husband and four-year-old son, and enjoys nutrition research, listening to podcasts, hiking, and practicing hot yoga.

Emily Baker

  • Dr. Rachel Oppenheimer is a licensed psychologist and licensed specialist in school psychology, licensed to practice in both Texas and Florida. She founded Upside Therapy & Evaluation Center in 2016, working in private practice prior to that. Dr. Oppenheimer provides individual and group therapy to individuals on the autism spectrum, and has a niche specialization in diagnostic evaluations for neurodivergence and learning differences for children ages 18 months and older.

    She enjoys working with individuals on the autism spectrum, and their family members, as well as offering consultation support for navigating the evaluation process – and connecting with subsequent supports and interventions.

Rachel Oppenheimer

  • Dr. Margaret Vadiee is a Licensed Psychologist specializing in Infant Mental Health, providing individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with expertise in maternal-child attachment and various therapeutic approaches. She has extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and family relationship concerns in diverse settings and has advanced training from Southern Methodist University and Tulane University School of Medicine.

Margaret Vadiee

  • As an RN specializing in NICU and Labor & Delivery for 15+ years, Melissa is also a mother of 3. She's a dedicated professional and a tremendous source of info for parents!

    After the birth of her first child, Melissa became increasingly interested in the sleep habits of newborns. She saw a need for quality, in-home newborn nursing care & education for new parents.

Melissa O'Neill

  • Elisabeth started her nursing career in labor and delivery at one of the busiest birthing hospitals in the U.S., assisting with hundreds of deliveries from routine to complex. Now specializing in women's reproductive health across the lifespan, her passion lies in the pre-, peri-, and postnatal periods, and she is currently working towards becoming Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C).

    She lives in Chicago with her husband, three daughters, and two Bernese Mountain Dogs, enjoying the outdoors, family cooking, travel, and cheering on her alma mater, The University of Michigan (Go Blue!)
